BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

From one online tutoring service to a learning community.

MET Eikaiwa Tutor has grown steadily while remaining true to its original purpose: providing personalized guidance, meaningful communication, and English education that builds confidence.

2018

MET Eikaiwa Tutor began online on August 22 as a personal English tutoring service under a sole proprietorship.

2021

Face-to-face English lessons officially began in Fuji City on September 7, alongside the existing online language tutorial service.

2023

The physical MET Eikaiwa Classroom opened in Fuji City on March 25, linking online flexibility with face-to-face support.

2025
株式会社 Fledge Japan (Kabushiki Kaisha Fledge Japan) was established on December 15 to support MET’s continued development.
2026–Today

MET Eikaiwa Tutor continues to provide both online and face-to-face English education through a team of local and international educators. On April 1, 2026, MET-EIS Hoikuen was established as a separate childcare division.
