MET is a website centralizing on language tutoring services, created on August 22, 2018, in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. I created MET to reach learners with difficulties in learning a second or third language and share my experiences, techniques, and secrets on how to learn another language constructively with fun. With the support of MET team, teachers and tutors, we have made great efforts to achieve a wonderful online language learning environment designed to help the students obtain a beneficial outcome. Tokyo Team
Team’s language supervisor for English and Japanese. Experienced preschooler English tutor, Japanese language tutor for company trainees in Japan, and translator.
Dubai Team
Has long a long experience in the administrative sector in hospitals and universities. Also the Team leader for MET Dubai.
Philippines Team
Team’s finance supervisor. Have 12 years experience in supervisory work, accounting and financial management. Tutor for business accounting in English.

MET believes that the best way to learn is through actual interaction with the people across the globe. Through events in MET Calendar, students have the opportunity to actually talk with people from different parts of the world online.
Online Global Experience through MET Calendar
The MET Calendar is a schedule of local and annual events set exclusively for MET students. During each event, each student will have a conversation with one or two guests living in another country. This is a very fun way to practice their speaking and listening skills and a very significant opportunity to be exposed to foreign cultures and introduce their own side as well.
More Opportunity for Speaking and Interactive Communication
MET’s well planned time structure secures that 80% of the lesson be focused on the student’s speaking practice and interaction with the teacher.
Verbalization
Each lesson, students will be asked to talk about a certain topic. This topic will be related to the theme of the last lesson so the students would be able to prepare for his/her speech. This will also be recorded for self-evaluation.
After Class Feedback
On MET classes, only important comments are discussed by the tutor. For feedback, a detailed Lesson Report are sent to students after each lesson for them to have a chance to study at their own pace at home.

Fun Learning is Effective! MET makes sure that each student enjoys and are kept highly-motivated in all lessons through Interest-Based Learning.
Lesson Theme Interest Check List
In MET all students are asked to send a Lesson Theme Interest Check List Form before their first lesson to ensure that every theme used for the whole course is fun and each lesson is something to look forward to
Self Reflective Lessons
MET believes that effective learning also lies on how the students actively participate in reflective thinking which is assessing what they know and what needs to know and problem solving. MET provides the students an opportunity to step back and review the whole lesson through the following:
Recorded Speech and Conversation
All lessons in MET are recorded and sent to the student each session. Students are recommended to review their speech and conversation with the teacher for self-evaluation.
Student Journal
Students will be asked to fill up Lesson Journal entry per session to be sent before the next lesson. This will prompt each student to analyze how they did on each lesson and will also be used by the tutor as reference for the next lesson.
Teacher's Lesson Report
After each session, tutor will send a Lesson Report to be reviewed by each student. This consists of the teacher’s comments about the student’s speech, points of the lesson and the assignment for the student.

At MET students can apply their English skills through joining MET activities and events.
Challenge Your Skills through Goals to Challenge Page
Students are free to choose a goal to achieve and challenge their English skills through the Challenge Page. Challenges are divided into speaking, writing, listening and speaking categories which starts from the student's current level.
Join Seasonal and Annual Events through MET Events page.
Choose among the different events in MET Calendar and join to practice your English. MET Events include contests, I MET a Friend Events, open short courses etc.
